I have a rental in North Charleston, SC which is soon to have renovations complete and about to listed for rent. Can anyone tell me that has invested in Charleston, SC if it violates our local laws by refusing to rent to Section 8 tenants? Thanks for your input.

Well Don’t say it like that or put that in your ad ! You can simply put this property is not approved for the section 8 program and you have certain income and credit requirements you adhere to
