Utilities left in empty house. Buyers agent did not turn off AC ?

Do you know how much an empty house (All electric) costs per month with the main switch board turned off ?

The house in question is 2200 sq ft all electric. In Georgia

My bill is 185 $ !! Do you know what the minimum bill should me with switch off ?

I am wondering if a buyers agent could leave the AC unit blasting on ?
