Hello Fellow BPers,

I have been looking for an investment property in Austin and my agent came across one in Pflugerville that kind of looks good from numbers point of view. Wanted to get everyone's opinion here, whoever is familiar with the area on rentals and long term appreciation projections.

I am looking at holding the property at least for a decade.

Hi @Deepak Arora - both Pflugerville and Round Rock are very popular buy & hold areas because of the quality of schools relative to home prices, and because of their vicinity to the city.
