Best Background/E-sign website for landlords?
Hey everyone,
Just completed my first transaction and I'm brainstorming the best way to process background checks and having the applications and lease agreement E-signed. What are your favorite websites to accomplish either one or both? Obviously owning having one unit, cheaper is better, but I'm also trying to make the process as laid out and streamlined for the tenants and myself as possible.
