Just Posted Rooms For Rent on Craigslist. NEED HELP!

Hi guys, so I decided to post 2 bedrooms in one of my houses for rent on Craigslist, and I am receiving a lot of action. I wanted to know if anyone on BP has a recommended procedure, process, systems etc?

For example, how you interview the prospective tenant, what questions to ask, do you collect 1st last and deposit?

You should be using Facebook marketplace instead

This way you can screen their profile . Your wasting time on Craigslist and you can’t tell who’s on the other end of the phone
