Buying A Home with Renters
We are in the processes of purchasing a home which already has tenant occupancy , what type of verification should we ask the sellers about the tenants, since we’re in the due diligence period?
-The tenants are on a verbal contact of month to month with the current seller.
-Should we try and get a rental application from the seller or when should we require the tenants to complete the application
- For reference this is a home in SC.
