Triple net lease to an LLC

I have a Condo and I would like to sign a triple net lease to my LLC as opposed to doing a quit claim deed and risk the due on sale clause. I have found more than 2000 postings on Triple Net Lease but it is taking to long to search through them looking for my situation. I would like to hear from someone who has done this or knows why I should or should not do this. I am also looking for a free triple net lease form.

Thanks,

Darrell

@Darrell Bratton I'm not sure leasing your condo to your own LLC is going to accomplish anything for you in terms of asset protection. I strongly suggest you speak with a local attorney BEFORE you do anything. All you might wind up doing is complicating things for little or no benefit.
