Single room occupancy rentals in Massachusetts
Hey everyone. I am inquiring about SRO renting. I currently rent a unit through section 8, but they told me they do not deal with SRO rents. I have a building in an area of town where I think SRO rentals would be beneficial to both renters and myself. I am wondering if anyone has any info on what programs deal with these type of rentals, and if anyone has any experience with it I’d love to chat as well.
