We are in the process if rehabbing a building and I keep smelling pot from the neighbors in a separate building. Some other things took place and I went and talked to these people. Well this blew up and turned to the boyfriend coming to find me and he ended up going off the deep end in the driveway. Luckily I waved a cop down that was in the area and they came over. But, according to this cop they can legally smoke at the property and outside it. This seems ludacris that they can smoke outside. Anyone else ran into this? It is my understanding it can be prohibited in a lease.
