Hey Guys and Gals,
I have been getting a lot of requests from tenant that have really low income. Like 20-25k a year. I was just curious what other use as a minimum income prior to renting?

Thoughts?

I'm AS concerned or MORE about the unemployed boyfriend moving in! Is he on the lease? What is his credit situation? That has disaster written all over it, imo. Rich
