Lease Signing While Out Of Town
Have a issue and not sure what the best way is to handle it. I have someone who is relocating for work and wants to sign the lease and do the walk through check list this weekend so he can start moving in since he starts his new job on the 30th but I will be out of town taking care of some things. I will be back sometime on Sunday but would really like to hand him the keys as soon as possible to help him get situated. Is there anyway I could have someone else like a family member (brother or dad) be the one there for the walk through and lease signing?
