Foreign or Domestic LLC

Hey Everyone.

I am looking into buying rental property in FL but I live in GA. I am also looking to start an LLC, would I need to start my LLC in FL or GA. All of my properties will be in FL for now.

Also for a registered agent can it be anyone in FL for a FL LLC.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
