I have a property in my personal name in CA. I have a management company LLC in VA can I just have my tenant pay my Virginia LLC the rent charge myself a management fee through the LLC then pay myself through the LLC? This should be ok right? My concern really is that the LLC is Virginia based and the property I own is in CA. I"m just trying to build cash flow into the LLC to make additional investments. Any feedback would be helpful! Thanks!

You don't have an issue. Where your LLC is filed has nothing to do with how you do business elsewhere. Rock on...
