Tenant Background Check

I recently purchase my first house and I want to rent the extra bedroom. I have more questions than answers right now so any advice is welcome.  Below are a few topics I could use some help with:

• - Recommendations on where to post my listing
• - How to perform a background check
• - Is there an application template available

Good Morning Francisco,

We post our listings on Zillow, Facebook marketplace and our company website. There are certain websites that do background checks. Mysmartmove.com and myrental.com. You can also use the Zillow application feature. I hope this helps!
