insurance company recommendation

I have three condos and 3 town houses. All rented. They have home owner insurance. I am trying to transfer them to LLC for protection. I was told by Gieco properties will loose Umbrella coverage if transferred to LLC. Home owners insurance said, if transferred to LLC then there will be no liability or medical coverage. What to do now? any recommendations.
