Tenant screening and rent payments
Hi all, this is our first rental.. and we are ready to run credit checks and background checks on possible tenants. I’ve looked into several companies.. Zillow,myrental, and SmartMove .. tellus seems almost too good to be true because it is for free and they seem to offer so much does anybody have any thoughts on any of your services.. Ideally I would like a place where we could do rent deposit and check tenets with background checks and credit history.
