Thoughts on Tenant Cloud?

What are your thoughts on using Tenant Cloud as a property management tool? The popular softwares (Buildium, AppFolio) do not seem realistic for people with a small number of rentals due to their cost.

Anyone out there using Tenant Cloud? Any stark contrasts to Buildium and AppFolio?

I haven't personally used tenant cloud, but I know several people that are switching over from buildium. The people switching have adequate sized portfolios but only do self-management. The general consensus that I've heard is that it's more user friendly and offers most of the same features at a portion of the price.
