Mobile Home Park and Zoning
Looking at MHP #2 (14 lots - none are POHs) -- it comes with a small 2BR house (this is park-owned) that we'd like to sell off after we buy the park. Is this realistic? Difficult? Things to include in our due diligence? Thanks All!
