Analyzing a Property - PRACTICE
Hi all! I have no idea what I’m doing with the rental property calculator but I decided that the only way I’m going to learn is to play around with it. I found a duplex that interested me and so I began plugging in the numbers. Just don’t know if I did it right. Let me know your thoughts. Does this look like a good investment? Thanks!
