Had a tenant commit suicide in a rental property of mine. Repairs are about to take place.

Should I sell this - in case the neighbors blab to any new tenants - or continue to rent it?

Good school area, close to everything, sfh, just refurbished.

No need to disclose it people die everyday .In Georgia you do not even have to disclose even if you are selling your property . @Lucy A.

Sellers in Georgia do not need to disclose certain things that have happened on the property. For example, the seller does not need to tell a buyer if a diseased person ever lived in the home, or if a homicide, felony, suicide, or any other death occurred there (Georgia Official Code Annotated §44-1-16(a)(1)).
