Interested in gaining more knowledge about the Ortega Farms area rental market. Any investors in the Jacksonville area willing to share their opinion on the Ortega Farms area rental market. Is it difficult to find tenants in that area? Looking to invest in multifamily 2bed/1bath units?
Mediocre area at best. Good cash flow but also high crime. I would call it D+ or C-. That said, if someone called me with a killer deal in that area I would prolly buy it...lol
@Mark Fries Thanks for the reply. I'm not afraid of C and D classes, I'm just wondering how fast I can rent out the units once they become vacant. In other markets I currently manage it usually takes me 2 weeks or less, sometimes I have a new tenant secured before the old tenant leaves. I'm looking at a fully occupied multi family in the area and I'm just wondering how hot the rental market is?
It is a very good rental area and they will go quick
