I have seen a lot of growth north of Dallas into Denton County. What do you think is the best city/zip in Dallas metroplex for rental property?
@Corey Dearmont There are many places that I would consider great for rentals. Everyone has different opinions on what is required to be "great." But generally all of DFW Metropplex is solid for one reason or another. Personally, I like the suburbs, areas you can walk around at night, with decent schools. Those will be heavier on appriciation and less on cashflow. But those work better over the long term than the high cashflow low appriciation areas (think class D neighborhoods).
