So far, My Old school ways of keeping track of incoming / outgoing $$$ has been fine. However, Change is in the air! I'm starting to realize that for various reasons I need to find an accounting program that is specifically for rental properties. Both Long and short term.. I have looked a "Stessa" but I'm very cautious of using a cloud based program. Not to mention the option that of attaching my business account and company credit card to their server.. Does anyone use Stessa? If so, How do you like their system and do you feel comfortable with attaching accounts to the profile? Thanks in advance...

I use Stessa! I find it easy to use. They are basically a startup so they are constantly making enhancements. Based on what I’ve seen I’ll be sticking with them. I connect my accounts to ease the data entry work. I’m also deeply aware of the system they are using to connect to my accounts. It’s one of the top systems in the market. I’m not concerned from a security perspective.

Ralph Pirier, I'm going to try and contact Stessa customer service and speak with them directly.. I'm interested to know if they offer a software program that I can buy / download onto my computer so that I can enter my accounting without having to be online.
