I recently moved to Austin from NJ where I have a wonderful GC who does my rehabs andtakes care of my rental portfolio. I am looking at properties in the greater Austin area and need  a GC to look at properties and give me "ball park" rehab estimates. If i buy the property, naturally I will use them for the rehab assuming their price is reasonable and live up to other professional standards. Any recommendations?

@Rick Stein most contractors won't dot that for free and many won't even look at it unless you own it unless you have a relationship with them

That's why7 I am trying to meet some and build relationships.
