Need to replace the floors of a rental (removing the carpets and laminate that came with the house). Need advice on the best vinyl plank flooring for a rental. Something affordable, waterproof and scratch resistant.

@Olufemi Olusanya depending on the quality of the rental, I typically use the stuff from HD by vinyl allure. I have been using the Khacki Oak finish which renters LOVE, and I like it because it has a weathered look that should hold up well to scratching, etc. I have put it in almost 20 units now in the Berwyn and Cicero markets that I own in and it has held up great.
