Rental paperwork and Josh D's books
I purchased Josh D's books on rentals and rental management. It comes with contracts for rental applications and leases. I was wondering if anyone has used these and are they the same contracts that are for sale for 150 dollars. I was hoping to purchase the contracts from Joe Asamoah but he wouldn't reply to my request. Thank you. I am also in Klamath falls, Oregon and would really appreciate any information anyone has about local real estate lawyers, accountants ect. Thank you for any help.
