Need to start eviction process, looking for a real estate lawyer
Tenant has been very unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. She has been consistently late in paying rent. She hasn’t paid this month’s rent. She took two months to move the utilities in her name as well.What are my options? Have sent her the 10 day notice for rent. Looking for a real estate lawyer who can start the eviction process.
