Finding Renters in the Winter

We've recently finished renovation work on a really nice duplex in Indianapolis, but we're struggling to find renters in the middle of winter.  

We've currently had our property listed on Zillow & get some traffic, but most of it is slow. All current prospects are either not qualified renters, have found another place (often before their able to view our property), or are looking too far in advance (March & further).  This is a really nice property, that (based upon previous experience) I believe would rent instantly in the spring/summer months.

Does anyone have any strategies that they use to attract good renters in the middle of winter?
