Landlord Insurance Suggestions in Albuquerque, NM?

Hello All,

Started looking into quotes for landlord/home insurance for a fourplex with a purchase price of $175k. First {and only so far} received from Allstate was $130/month. Reading other discussions, seems a little high. Any companies you'd suggest to check out that serve in Albuquerque, NM?
