I'm selling a turn key in Cedar Hills area with some minor cosmetic repairs and a "soft spot" on the floor of one of the bedrooms. Looking for a contractor who can help with flooring and other minor upgrades prior to sale or releasing.  Any suggestions?

@Nicholas Weisman sorry to hear about your property manager not being helpful. Please know that there are professional managers out there that can help with full service management. If Lucia's contractor doesn't work out I can refer some others. But, knowing her, I know her person will be great.
