Need any tips on Section 8 housing: pros vs. cons

Hey my name is stan and I am new to this platform. I currently own a townhouse in Tampa FL (which I run a successful Airbnb remotely.) and I want to buy a second property in Tampa or fort Myers FL. I would like to do a single family home and wanted to do section 8 housing. Is there any advice on the proper steps to take in order to go through this process as smoothly as possible? What are some pros vs. cons? Any advice would be a great help thanks a lot.
