Duplex purchase honoring tenant lease

Good evening,

We purchased a duplex in GA with tenants (2).

We mailed a letter CRRR advising of new management. I called after not receiving a follow up, the tenant hung up and will not answer the phone.

Thinking of knocking on the door but really want to remain anonymous.
