Buying Leads- All Property Management
Hi BP- I’m own a start-up Property Management company in Philadelphia and I’m looking for other managers who have worked with “All Property Management” to purchase leads before.
Their leads are expensive but (according to the sales rep) of good quality. It’s a $500 start up purchase so I want to make sure it’s not a rip-off.
Has anyone used this service before? What was your lead conversion? Any tips? Other recommendations? Thanks!
