How can I help landlords/agents/investors

Question

Hey guys, I’m a door-to-door salesman selling Tv, internet, and home security, And In my Turf I have about 9000 addresses, and knock about 100 doors a day. My area has quite alot of people moving in and out.

My question is How can I help/work with landlords for them to refer their tenants to me?

I want to help from a value standpoint. Whether it be giving them contacts of people I meet that are looking to sell their home or abandon houses, etc.

How would you want help that would be valuable to you?

Any advice appreciated.  Thanks.

Every door you knock say, "Hey if you ever want to sell your house...."

Investors want off market or FSBO for sale by owner....deals they can buy without 20 other offers to compete with or that they can figure out creative financing(owner will carry) or option. So any leads in that direction will be very valuable to the right investors, it's called "bird dogging".

I bet realtors would want the listing referral. Landlords are investors, just some are very actively acquiring and others are not.

I don’t know man ..Nobody likes door to door salesmen . The only way to help is not soliciting people  trying to pawn your trinkets
