Tenant advised she is breaking lease 5 months early

Tenant advised she is moving out February 1st, 5 months before her lease expires. What is my recourse?  Only have Security deposit.

@Michelle Fox I won a judgement but never saw a nickel. Now I just put my energy towards renting the apartment or duplex as the case may be. As long as they don't destroy the place on the way out it is a cost of doing business.
