CRS Temporary Housing

Has anyone ever contracted with CRS Temporary Housing (https://www.crsth.com) to place tenants? They say that they provide immediate accommodations for property loss-of-use claims by working directly with insurance carriers and their customers. I was contacted by a CRS Rep asking if I would consider a 9+ mo. lease. The terms and payee sound like a great setup but unfortunately I can't screen the actual tenants in this case. Just wondering if anyone has gone down this path before and if you had a good or bad experience.  Thanks.
