Finding roomates for house hack
I am looking forward to buying my first property within the next 6 months (as soon as I find a good deal!). I want to house hack - buy a 3-4 bedroom home and rent out the other rooms. Does anyone have helpful tips on how to find said roommates? I'm new to the area I live, so I don't have friends here to rent to or anything. Also, I wondered how people handled splitting utilities/wifi/etc. Would it be unreasonable for me to have my 2 tenants split those bills and I would not be paying any of them?
