Purchasing my first property
I’m looking for my first rental property. I’m area I’m looking at is the North Dallas area (frisco, Allen, McKinney, Wylie, etc,). I’m looking for guidance and seeing what is in the marketplace. Also, seeing if someone would be able to help me (one on one) for my first property? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. My goal is to purchase 2-4 properties in my first year.
