House Hacking questions.
I am currently renting with 4 roommates and they do not mind moving into a new house with me. I Have more debt to income and will be going towards a FHA Loan. However, I have never owned a house before and not sure of what expenses to look out for besides utilities, occasionally repairs to the house, and my FHA loan. What else should I also be calculating in before I begin house hacking. Thank you for your responses!
