Hot water problem causing huge bill

Posted

Is it fair for me to not have my own hot water heater instead of 3 apts running off same heater that is downstairs in a apr where their is alot of kids and randon people taking showers. My power bill is almost 100 due to this problem. My manager wont do anything other than saying water is included in rent. Isnt hot water electric? I dont know how to rectify this problem and to lower my bill

I love people coming on here demanding we give them magic answers about how they're all getting screwed by their evil landlords and if you use these 3 words you can sue and you'll never have to work again a day in your life. No one here has a clue how your building is wired, you have no clue how your building is wired and posting nasty replies to people trying to help you gets you much further away from getting any more help on this forum. A simple Google search with the right wording could have lead you to finding a non-profit locally that could probably fix this issue, instead you're here being rude.
