Would you enter into a rent to own contract?

Hello BP Members,

Lately I have been thinking that the whole residential real estate game is too time consuming and is super tiring.

Would it be a good idea to enter into rent to own contracts on my SFH?

There is a management company which is willing to manage the property as well as find me a rent own renter.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you

Joseph

My normal answer would be it depends on the terms, but in this case, if you are not willing to participate in the "residential real estate game" because it's too hard, well, my final thought is a question for you.  Have you seen the movie, "A League of their Own"?
