What Property insurance to get for first personal Mutlifam prop.?

Hello,

I am looking to purchase my first Mutli family 2 flat property this upcoming spring. My market is in the west suburbs of Chicago. I would like to know if there’s any type of recommendations I should go with In terms of choosing property insurance and what exactly should it cover? Property will be in my personal name if that means anything as well.
