PM needed for 20-unit in Somerset County
I'm part of the HOA board for a 20 unit townhome complex in Bound Brook, Somerset County, NJ (Central NJ).
We are looking for a new property management team. The current one is always unresponsive and makes it difficult to get anything done.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsive, and has connection to contractors to get us good price on quality workmanship.
