Chicago Residential Lease 2020

Hello All,

I just purchased my first 3 flat in the South side of Chicago and I am looking to put my current tenants on leases (they are currently MTM).

Does anyone have access to the 2020 Residential Lease provided by the Chicago Association of Realtors? A few weeks ago I was able to find the 2019 lease, but I’m thinking I’d be better off using the 2020 lease.
