Tenant early lease break
So I have a tenant that I formed me she will be breaking her 1 yr lease agreement after 4 months in. I purchased the bigger pockets package for the rental lease etc. and I’m trying to find what my options are as far as keeping security deposit/ charging her moving forward: I’m also located in Florida . I seem to be having a hard time finding anything about early termination. If someone knows a direction to point me in on the agreement please assist! Thank you
