Buildium and quick books
Does anyone have any opinions on using quick books vs Buildium? Seems like Buildium is can replace? I have more than one business and am used to quick books.
One property manager I interviewed uses this software and another doesn't. I will have a sizable portfolio of SFH eventually and we a solid foundation to work from. Price isn't the biggest factor, ease of use is for me due to the demands of running more than one business.
