Baltimore Property Management

Good Afternoon BP!  I've been away from the forum for a few weeks, but have still been reading, listening, and otherwise studying up.  A recent (really positive) change in circumstances has me moving overseas in the coming months & in search of a GOOD property management company in Baltimore.  I need someone who gets it done, cares about what they are doing, and charges a fair (which doesn't necessarily mean cheap) rate.  I'm sure you all know what i mean, so no need to be overly wordy here.  

Any recommendations on a company who can keep me occupied with good tenants, get me paid on time, and can efficiently and effectively evict those who don't play by the rules?

Hi Brian - did you ever find a good PM team in Baltimore?  I'm looking for one also!  Same specs as Brian.  Any ideas are appreciated!  Thank you!
