New Investor/Landlord systems
Hi folks,
Just about to do my first purchase of a duplex with a suited basement. As i am looking into growing my portfolio quickly, i wanted to get an idea of what systems and items/tech people have implemented in their rental properties to make managing it easier. This could range anywhere from full on online systems/dashboards to as simple as electronic door locks. Looking forward to learn from the community!
