My husband and I have recently paid off all our Debt woo hoo. We are looking for a 1st time investment property. We currently own our home in CA. We are interested in purchasing a lakeside cabin in Crestline or Green Valley Lake. Any owners with rental experience in these area. We want to know the Pros an Cons. Thanks In Advance.
