Dishwasher or no dishwasher

Gary R Uren
Posted

I purchased a house that has a dishwasher and I would like to remove it to eliminate repairs,  leaks and replacement.  My contractor says it is a bad idea because renters become accustomed to having dishwashers and it could be a put off for some renters. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.  Gary.
